2. Production Hubs

• Yiwu: The world's Christmas factory. Cheap, massive volume.
• Shenzhen/Dongguan: Higher end electronics (for the lights).
• Chaozhou: Ceramic ornaments.

3. Timing is Critical

• Order: April (Phase 1).
• Production: May - July.
• Ship: August.
• Arrive: September/October (Just in time for retail).
• Warning: If you order in October Phase 2, you are buying for next year or rushing air freight.

4. Trends

• Sustainability: Recycled plastic ornaments and FSC-certified paper decorations are huge for EU buyers.
