1. Key Categories

• Gas Grills: Stainless steel behemoths.
• Kamado (Ceramic): The "Green Egg" style. Very heavy, great for slow cooking.
• Fire Pits: Metal bowls for wood burning.

2. Safety (Gas)

• Certifications: CE (Euro) or CSA/ETL (North America) are MANDATORY for gas valves.
• Testing: Factories test 100% of gas valves for leaks. Ask to see the testing station.

3. Steel Gauge

• Touch the lid. Does it flex?
• Cheap grills use thin steel (0.6mm). Good grills use 1.0mm+. Thin steel warps under high heat.

4. Production Hub

• Yangjiang: Also makes BBQ tools.
• Guangdong: Most gas grill factories are here.

Summary

Flat-packing is an art here. A huge grill must fit in a small box for shipping. Check the assembly manual ease.
